FABRICATION
Our fabrication department has a large array of machinery allowing us to fabricate aluminium to strict dimensional tolerances, in various lengths. We can also perform standard and specialised machining on our CNC machinery, along with simple and complexed tapping, punching and mitring between 0 and 90 degrees on our mitre saws.
Our machines are chosen by our engineers to ensure we can offer the best quality machined products at a competitive price point. We undertake contract work to maximise all machines and can offer extended shifts where needed to meet our clients demands.
Coupled with our large on-site facilities, our partner has a large array of CNC, Press and further fabrication equipment for high quantity components.

Computer controlled Double-headed saws with blades at 90º to each other used for notching and cutting to +/- 0.1mm where required. |

Sharmic debur rumbler with a 225 litre capacity. |
Routermaster
4 x Stuga CNC - 3 fixed heads capable of drilling / machining at 3 positions at 90º to each other along the length. |
Mecal 4 Axis Kosmos
2 x Mecal 4 Axis 4 Metre CNC Machines with tilt allowing to machine to exceptionally tight tolerances. Built in saw blades for component cutting and skimming and upgraded to house an end unit which allows attachments for tapping or machining on the profile end, such as screw ports. |
