POLISHING

Polishing allows for the creation of mirror like surfaces and adds the perfect finishing touch to your aluminium components. At Snelsons, our polishing involves the use of automatic flat bed polishing machines and operated spindles. 

​We currently have 3 automatic machines running, allowing for lengths of up to 3 metres depending on the section. These machines ensure that the quality of the polished face is to the highest standard and offers a much more consistent finish than manual polishing. We are also able to polish and brush longer lengths through our partners so please get in touch if you have any enquiries.

For more specialised items, or for polishing unsuitable for the automated flat beds such as linished ends and removing saw cuts, our operated hand lathes can be used to ensure a high quality polished finish is achieved. Our polishing experts have been in the industry a long time and allow us to offer a competitive service whilst ensuring quality is the best in the UK.
